Privacy Notice

Effective 16 September 2026

Vesre LLC (a Florida limited liability company) operates vesre.net. This notice explains what we collect, why we have it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

The short version

What we collect

When you use the contact form. The form has no backend. What you type stays in your browser until you press the button, and the button opens your own email app with the answers written into a draft. Nothing is transmitted to this site, and nothing is stored here. We receive it only if you then send that email yourself, at which point it reaches us as ordinary email.

When you email us, whether from the form or directly. Whatever your message contains, along with your email address and anything in your signature. From the form that is your name, your company, your email address, who currently builds and maintains your systems, and whatever you write in the message — all things you choose to tell us, and all visible to you in the draft before you send it.

Automatically, when a page loads. Our host and content network, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request headers in order to serve the page and protect the site from attack. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic figures. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and does no device fingerprinting. It reports which pages were read, which site referred you, a general browser and device category, a country, and how quickly pages loaded. It does not build a profile of you across sessions or across other websites.

What we do not collect

No cookies. No localStorage or sessionStorage. No session recording, no heatmaps, no scroll tracking tied to an individual. No advertising pixels, no social media trackers, and no fonts or scripts loaded from any company other than Cloudflare, which already serves the site. Nothing on this site attempts to recognise you from one visit to the next.

Why we use it

Where the GDPR applies, our lawful basis for replying to an enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services. Where an engagement follows, it is the performance of a contract. For aggregate analytics, it is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: 24 months from our last contact. Records relating to an engagement: for as long as the engagement runs, and then seven years after it ends, which is the period we may need them for tax, insurance and legal purposes. Aggregate analytics contain no personal identifiers.

Your choices

Write to hello@vesre.net and we will do any of the following:

We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and we will not treat you any differently for having asked.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We honour it by not doing the thing in the first place.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Where your information goes

We are based in Florida, in the United States, and information you send us is processed there.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The contact form transmits nothing to us, so there is nothing for us to protect in transit until you send the email yourself, which travels as ordinary mail over your own provider and ours. Enquiry records sit in access-controlled accounts. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as Florida law requires under Fla. Stat. § 501.171, and as any other law that applies to you requires.

Changes

If we change this notice, the effective date above changes with it. We will flag anything material on the site rather than quietly editing the page.
