These terms govern your use of vesre.net. They are about the website. They are not the agreement under which we would do work for you, which is a separate document that both of us sign.

Everything here is general information about what Vesre LLC does. It is not an offer, a quote, a proposal, or professional advice, and nothing on this site forms a contract. Reading these pages, or sending the contact form, does not make you a client.

Figures, timeframes and commitments described on this site describe how we normally work. What we are actually obliged to do in your case is whatever the signed agreement says.

Acceptable use

Use the site for what it is for. Do not try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it runs, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Our content

The text, layout, design, graphics and wordmark on this site belong to Vesre LLC. The Archivo typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remains the property of its authors. You are welcome to read, print and share these pages. You may not republish the content as your own.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that everything on it is complete and current at any given moment.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vesre LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you agree to that venue.
